The Diploma in Hospitality Operations is a practical, one-year programme comprising 6 months' formal study with 6 months' paid co-op. Students have the opportunity to incorporate their classroom and lab theory into real work situations.
Upon successfully completing the Diploma of Hospitality Operation, Holmes will organise paid work experience in hospitality operations-related positions where students will put to practice the skills they learnt. On graduation students will be eligible to seek jobs in a wide range of relevant fields, including Hotels, Catering, Event Management, Food and Beverage, and Cruise Companies.
